Whilst on board, please follow these instructions:
Take care when moving around the vessel. Only leave your seat to use the on board facilities.
Do not try to access the boat's front deck while the vessel is in motion. If you would like to feel the breeze, visit the back deck.
Remember, smoking is not permitted on board or at piers. This includes e-cigarettes and the open back deck.
Adhere to our new safety measures that reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission.

All vessels are fully compliant with the High-Speed Craft Code.
Boats are equipped with industry-leading navigation and safety systems.

Every boat is dry-docked and inspected at least once per year to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards.
Your Uber Boat by Thames Clippers crew is highly trained and prepared for emergency procedures.
All of our crew members are fully trained to international standards. We go beyond the levels of crew training that are required for the industry.
Crew receive regular training in first aid, sea survival and fire-fighting. Crew qualifications include Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping.
In the unlikely event of an incident, please remain in your seat, keep calm and listen carefully to the crew's instructions.
Life jackets are provided for every passenger and are located underneath your seat.
Life jackets for children will be issued by the crew.
